This place used to be my go-to mechanic for years, but I've been recently unimpressed for several reasons: They quoted me a very high price for a repair that took me (a non-professional) ~2 hours. If I was charging myself for the work, I'd have paid myself almost $300/hr after subtracting the parts prices. Additionally, they must have put in some pretty bad CV axles because the boots tore in about 2 years, where the previous OEM lasted >10 years! Lastly, I recently discovered a transmission switch feedout they replaced had not be torqued to spec and allowed a leak out of >1.5 of the 1.9 qt oil capacity. Hopefully my gears aren't all totally worn since I didn't notice the leak for quite a while..... For a place that is very proud of their work, I'm not sure I could recommend them. 10 out of 10 will not return.
