While traveling out of the area our truck threw the serpentine belt. I have so much respect for the work Oswald has done on our vehicles in the past I had my truck towed 160 miles to their shop. Turned out my water pump had frozen up. They said thei next opening wasn't for 2 weeks but would slid me in if there was a cancelation. They called 3-days later to let me know it was done Thank you Tim and Josh. Update on Oswalds: I tried to make an appointment at the Idaho falls location, it was a last minute thing. They were completely booked up for the next three weeks. I wasn't in a hurry, but we were leaving in a couple of days for 2-weeks and I told Tim I would call when we got back. As it happened we had to go to Rexburg that sfternoon so I called Oswalds there, they were also full, as I actually expected. While we were in Rexburg my battery light came on and my alternator gauge dropped to zero. We were about a mile from Oswalds so I went there and asked Nick if he could take a quick look. My alternator was shooting sparks out and was definitely shorted. I was expecting to have it towed home but Nick said he would try and get it fixed while we waited. He called the owner Kevin, Nick ordered the alternator and Kevin came in and changed it out in less than a hour it was ready for us. That is one of the reasons I absolutely love Oswalds, they will make ever effort to help folks out.
