Oswald service is great would definitely use them again

I will always take my vehicles to Oswalds. They give you an appointment tell you what it will cost and usually get done the same day. If not they will tell you why and it's usually because there is either a lot of work to be done or the parts weren't there when they were supposed be. There is never a lot of cars in their lot because they get them done. They are very honest and friendly people.

The service personnel we're very friendly. I dropped my car off in the morning for them to have it all day or at least until I got off work at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, it wasn't until almost 6 that my car was ready. They explained they were having issues with part of the repair and kept me informed. Working in the maintenance field myself, I understand the unexpected problems that can pop up. I would rather take a little extra time to fix it right then to have it rushed and have possible problems down the road. I appreciate that they stayed with it and got it fixed right.

We have been using Oswald's for almost a year now. They have seen both of our cars and I have nothing but praises. They don't puch unnecessary services but always get the job done. They are accommodating, affordable and fast.

I am so happy with the service on my Lexus. They did a complete check and then went over everything that needed to be done eventually and what needed to be done now. I did not feel pressured at all to do it all right now. I believe this company and its employees to be very honest. I will go back for the next set of maintenance scheduled. Nick and his team are awesome.

I took my truck in to have diagnosed for a fuel system issue. Was told they couldn’t get to it until March 2nd. They had it diagnosed & repaired a week & a half sooner than I was told as well as the repairs were half the price I was quoted! Very satisfied with the prompt service, friendliness & cost savings! I will definitely bring my truck next time it needs anything.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They quickly identified and fixed the issue I was having with my car, and made me aware of other problems, without pressuring me into fixing them right away. I will return here for future repairs.
