Oswald is the only place I'll take my car. It can take some time to get in because they're always busy, but it's so worth it! They always get it right the first time. They never do anything without asking first. They are clear and upfront about costs. They are easy to understand and explain things well. They are nice and very professional. I love their service!

Needed an alignment done and they said they wouldn’t do it because my front end was loose and wanted $2500 to redo my front end. WAY TO EXPENSIVE!! It’s a front end not a transmission rebuild. ended up not giving them service

Curtis, thank you for your feedback. Just to be clear, this is a one star rating due to our prices? We just want to make sure we understand what you are rating so we can take it into consideration because as you stated in your review, we didn't do any service work for you and we didn't even charge you for the alignment check (that was a courtesy). We would never go ahead with an alignment, and charge you for it, on a vehicle where the alignment would be a waste of money. We understand if wasn't in your budget to have the repairs done with us and we hope you were able to find a shop that met your needs.

My experience with Oswald was the best. I’ve never worked with a car repair place who has been so respectful, quick working, and honest as they were. They did the most thorough diagnostic of my car I have ever seen, and always called to get my approval on repairs and timing. They were honest in pricing and went above and beyond in test driving my car afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed and even added some oil for me. I’m very impressed and thankful, I’ll be coming here from now on.

Rebecca, thank you so much for the rating and review! We know how stressful it can be to be faced with car repairs and the unexpected expense associated with it so we are very grateful that you recognized our efforts in helping you to be an informed consumer so you could make smart decisions. We so appreciate your trust in us and we promise to take excellent care of you in the future!
