Multiple visits for the same problems and it isn't fixed yet after thousands of dollars. I need to add an update. Josh had the truck picked up today and is, hopefully, fixing the problem. They, hopefully, have it fixed. Thanks Josh.

Had the tension pulley replaced. Josh did a good scheuling and following the job. He even checked some items himself.
