Every time I have used Oswalds they do a great job. They get right to the point, list what needs fixed and what can be watched. This makes dealing with them very refreshing.

Exceptional customer service ! Had put off car repair for fear of not finding an honest repair shop in town, one that stood by their work but The technician answered all my question after reviewing the diagnostic was able to weed out stuff that needed repair over the “could wait” items. Dropped off and picked up within a few hours.

Oswald's replaced my the latch in my sliding door of my fan very quickly and efficiently. It even cost less then what they quoted me. I've used them for other repairs on my mini van and every time the work has been amazing.

They were very knowledgeable and nice to speak with. Though more needed to be repaired on the car than we realized, we felt they were honest and straight forward. They apologized for the other things that needed to be done on our teen’s car that we didn’t want to put alot of money into, but wanted to be safe. We we would use Oswald again. We appreciated that they explained things and didn’t make you feel dumb if you needed clarification.
