I am very pleased with the work Oswald provides, we have older cars and Oswald has been able to keep them in excellent condition always lets us know what is in need of repair,

They supposedly did a leak down test on my vehicle but they only checked 1 cylinder that they could reach they had it done in 10 minutes they told me I would need head work I personally don't think they had time to do the test but if they can prove me wrong I'll change my review (Update for the owner) I spent over $400 in towing fees to bring my car to your shop the least they could have done is pulled it into the shop to check it cause how do I know anything was done when it sat in the same spot why wasn't I ever charged for diagnostic test like the leak down test you can't tell me it didn't cost money for the employee to test it so why wasn't I ever charged that leads me to believe I wasn't charged cause nothing was done just how I see it cause nothing is ever free

We did this as an effort to save on diagnostic cost and made a deduction based off of years of experience. Oswald’s has great service! Their office is clean and welcoming. They were able to get us in in a reasonable amount of time. They thoroughly explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. We were also told what was necessary to fix right away and didn’t feel pressured to fix the things that weren’t urgent. They also completed an inspection of the vehicle and were able to fix some small issues that previous mechanics had missed/done incorrectly. Highly recommend!

I will always take my vehicles to Oswalds. They give you an appointment tell you what it will cost and usually get done the same day. If not they will tell you why and it's usually because there is either a lot of work to be done or the parts weren't there when they were supposed be. There is never a lot of cars in their lot because they get them done. They are very honest and friendly people.
