Women beware. Had a good family friend taken for a ride by Oswald’s. Was charged DOUBLE what even the dealership would have charged. Unfortunately I wasn’t consulted until after. $50-100 part depending on your accounts at the parts stores and an hour of book time. Walked out with a $600 bill. If she had denied service, $180 diag. Shame on you. This is what gives techs a bad name.
