I had a problem with my wipers on my F-150. The first time I took it in the problem was misdiagnosed and came back a week later. When I brought the truck back the second time they were able to find the problem and subtracted the full cost of the first visit (with the misdiagnosed repair) from my bill. They have also handled all my routine maintenance since I moved here, I recommend them.
