Oswalds service was amazing. I called them early in the morning for them to change my oil and check out my heater because it was blowing cold air, and we were leaving to salt lake the next day and I wanted someone to see if they could fit me in let minute. I had called Ron Sayer early in the morning because that’s where I usually take it and they didn’t want to give me the time of day. I called Josh at oswalds and he didn’t even question me he said “bring it in and we will fit you into our day” and they were booked out. They not only changed my oil, fixed my heater but had it done before the end of the day and cleaned my car. They were amazing I will now be going to them every time!

You must have a mechanic you can trust. Oswald has been just that. They are the ones I trust my cars to.

Oswalds is always on-time and reasonable with their prices. If they quote you a number, that's what it'll be. Even in the past when there was a miscommunication about cost, they honored what they had quoted me, even though it cost them for it. To me, that is integrity and that is getting hard to find these days. They never try and surprise me with hidden fees or "additional work" that needs to be done. They are sometimes tough to get into quickly, but I know that is because they do quality work and people appreciate that. Great service, great work, great company. Glad I found them.

I had Oswalds inspect my car for some leaks as well as change the oil in my car. I’m super particular about my car and they were very patient with me asking lots of questions and making sure that they were doing what I wanted them to do as well as showing me what was wrong with my car.

They were timely in their evaluation and report on the findings. The report was concise. Josh and Nick spent the time with me explaining what was priority, what could wait and were transparent about the cost. Once I authorized the evaluation to be done, they were quick in getting it completed and did only what I had authorized. Josh and Nick were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Trust is a big for me and they have mine!

Honest and thorough

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! These guys are hands down the best mechanic in all of Eastern Idaho. They go above and beyond every time I have repairs to be done. Josh and Nick are always willing to answer any and all questions that I have. They make me feel like family. Oswald's is the only place I take my vehicle for work to be done.
