While on vacation from Kentucky our car died. Had towed to Oswald Service & Repair. Every interaction with them was pleasant and professional. Ended up not being able to repair my car, (had to be towed to a dealership for warranty repairs) but they were always upfront about how long it would take them to look at it and quick to give us an update once they determined the problem. Would highly recommend!

Oswald did absolutely amazing. They were kind and super understanding and really easy to work with. They're honest and kind and will work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied with their work. As a young woman, I did not feel taken advantage of or talked down to like I do at almost every other mechanic I've been to. 100% recommend and will go again.

They knew exactly what needed to be repaired, offered a fair price for the work, and didn’t try and sell me on anything unnecessary. They do a good job at finding the problem and fixing it fast. Charge a little more for the services then me a college student can afford but other then that did an awesome job. 👌
