They were on time and quick in doing the oil change. Nice waiting room to sit in while they worked in my car. Add the price was very competitive so I would return again without hesitation.

Our mustang wouldn’t start the day before we were moving out of state. Oswald’s was booked for the next few days but Jake told us they would call us if they had a cancellation. We tried working with another mechanic in the meantime but he was flaky. We were nervous and set up an appointment with another shop for the following morning. Move-out day, Jake calls to let us know they have an opening! A mechanic friend of ours recommended Oswald’s to us and Jake seemed so professional and incredible at communicating that we decided to go with Oswald’s rather than the other shop we had planned. I’m so glad we did! Jake kept us informed throughout the diagnosis process and, having a suspicion that we may need a new fuel pump, he ordered it into the shop before they finished checking our car so it could get from Idaho Falls in time, just in case. We ended up needing that fuel pump and a new fuel filter. The total process with them just took a handful of hours and we got our car back with plenty of time in the day for us to pack the car and leave! I’m so grateful for Oswald’s and how they take a lot of things I dislike about the auto repair industry out of the equation. They were willing to teach me when I didn’t understand, they kept me informed and let me make a decision before doing work they would charge me for. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting solid car service.

My husband and I took our car here after we had some engine trouble and they were great! Very kind and professional, and had our car done very quickly. However, when my husband and I went into the shop they only spoke to my husband, even though the appointment was under my name. Additionally, they only called my husband for updates, even though my phone number was the primary number listed, and my husband's was listed under "spouse." I have experienced this with every place I've ever taken my car into, so it's not a surprise, just a little disappointing. Besides this, we had a great experience at Oswald's!

We could not be more impressed with this company, the honesty and service exceeded our expectation. We will trust them for years to come and continue to brag about their service and care. Oh, and our car runs great too!!
