I have been using these guys for a couple years now and have a good sense of how they operate on a consistent basis. These guys consistently exhibit the highest level of professionalism. I love that they send a full inspection report directly to my phone for review. They go the extra mile to show each customer that they are valued. I love that they vacuum out my car and wipe down the glass as part of a regular oil change. If you want the bare-bones cheapest option, go to one of the National chain places and have the 12 year old working there try to service your vehicle without ruining it. If you want your vehicle to be serviced/repaired properly and have a great customer service experience while you’re at it, then go to Oswald.

Great service. in fact, I went in with an expected problem and they confirmed that it wasn't a problem and did it at no charge and came back for another repair. Definitely a go-to for us.

These folks are wonderful! Our family rig blew a belt and tensioner headed to pick up groceries. It was 4° outside and we needed help. Nick at the front desk was kind and the shop got it fixed quickly. Thank you to everyone at Oswald Service and Repair!
